BH Global Marine says its wholly-owned subsidiary, BH Marine & Offshore Engineering, has won an engineering and installation contract worth $20 million from Twins Engineering & Hardware.

The principal activities of BH Marine & Offshore Engineering are that of manufacture and repair of marine engine and ship parts. In addition, it also provides automated engineering services.

The project will start next January and end in December.

The transaction is not expected to have a material impact on the company’s net tangible asset and earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec 31.
