AMP Capital Investors has entered an agreement to buy a stake of up to 19.2% in MacarthurCook Industrial REIT for not more than A$42.6 million ($54.1 million), it said in an e-mailed statement today. It will also take a 50% stake in MacarthurCook Industrial’s management and property management companies.
