Fraser and Neave, Singapore’s biggest beverage maker, said it reached an agreement with Coca-Cola Co. for bottling and marketing drinks made by both companies until September 2011.

Fraser and Neave’s Malaysian unit will continue to bottle, distribute and sell brands from Coca-Cola in Malaysia, the Singapore-based company said in a statement today. Coca-Cola will continue to bottle, distribute and sell drinks made by Fraser and Neave in Singapore and Brunei, the company said in the statement.

The previous agreements between the two companies were due to expire in January next year, Fraser and Neave said. They don’t plan to renew the extension after 2011, it said.

The two companies have had a business relationship for more than 70 years, Fraser and Neave said.
