Singapore attracted $13.7b in fixed investments in 2011

Singapore attracted $13.7 billion in fixed asset investments in 2011 and hopes to bring in $13-15 billion this year despite the problems in Europe, the Economic Development Board (EDB) said today, according to Reuters.

The fixed asset investments received last year were at the top end of the government’s $12-14 billion forecast and exceeded the $12.9 billion in 2010, board said in a statement.
