Singapore’s Straits Times Index was little changed at 3,171.29 as of 9:10 a.m. local time, its highest level since Feb. 8. About as many stocks rose as declined in the benchmark index of 30 companies.

Eratat Lifestyle (ERAT SP), the China-based maker of athletic shoes and apparel, jumped 2.3% to 22.5 cents after resuming trading today. The company said it will sell 45 million new shares at 20.2 cents each, raising net proceeds of $8.8 million.
SIA Engineering Co. (SIE SP), the aircraft maintenance arm of Singapore Airlines (SIA SP), gained 0.3% to $4.09. SIA said it and a unit of Safran SA (SAF FP) opened an avionics maintenance facility, which could handle new aircraft models such Boeing B787 Dreamliner and the Airbus A350, in Singapore.
