Qualitas Medical Group, the regional healthcare services group, says subsidiaries, Qualitas Healthcare International Sdn. Bhd. and Dr Marcus Cooney & Associates, have completed the acquisition of 75% interest in GPA Dental Group (Singapore). GPA operates a chain of dental practices in five prime locations in Singapore.

GPA has 5 centres which are located in prime locations in Parkview Square, United Square shopping mall, Balmoral Plaza, Holland V Shopping Mall and River Valley Road.

The Holland V centre and River Valley centre were established last year while the other three centres have been established for several years. The head office of GPA is located at Parkview Square. GPA has a staff strength of 39 comprising 11 dentists, 7 frontline staff, 11 dental assistants, 3 lab technicians and 7 administrative staff.
