Mainboard-listed Overseas Union Enterprise has named its upcoming commercial project at 50 Collyer Quay as OUE Bayfront.

The 18-storey premium Grade A office tower, together with its adjoining properties which comprise Change Alley Aerial Plaza Tower and Change Alley Linkbridge, are located in the heart of the CBD’s Marina Bay area.

With a gross floor area of 500,000 sq ft and with floor plates ranging from 26,000 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft, OUE Bayfront has to date achieved close to 60% occupancy.

Tenants inclue Merrill Lynch International Bank, Allen & Overy LLP, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (PUBL) Singapore Branch and Citrix Singapore Pte Ltd.

OUE Bayfront will also offer a roof terrace restaurant and Change Alley Linkbridge will be refurbished with retail and food and beverage outlets.
