Frasers Hospitality today opened its second property in the Middle East, Fraser Suites Dubai.

Earlier in March, Frasers Hospitality made its debut in the Middle East with the opening of the 91-unit Fraser Suites Seef, Bahrain in the kingdom of Bahrain. The opening of Fraser Suites Dubai will be followed in quick succession with the launch of Fraser Suites Doha and another three properties in this region over the next two years.

Occupying the top 23 levels of the 45-storey Sidra Tower located in the city’s prestigious Sheikh Zayed Road, the property’s 158 suites and penthouses command sweeping views across the city, including iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, the amazing Palm Jumeirah and kilometers of golden beaches lining the Arabian Sea.

Fraser Suites Doha, which opens early next year, will be the third Middle East location for Frasers Hospitality and advanced negotiations are already underway for properties in Riyadh, Al Khobar and Jeddah.

Fraser Suites Dubai features light filled open plan living spaces and provides full kitchen and laundry facilities, large balconies, work desks, luxurious bedding, marble bathrooms with exclusive Peter Thomas Roth amenities and daily housekeeping services.

A round-the-clock reception and concierge attends to every guest need and the in-house Aqua Cafe offers a full international buffet breakfast and a wide variety of dishes with an emphasis on freshness and flavor throughout the day and 24-hour in suite dining.
Business facilities include a business centre, boardroom and meeting facilities, perfect for small events for six to 30 people.

amily oriented services and facilities include a 25-meter outdoor swimming pool, children’s wading pool and sundeck, tennis court, squash court, 24-hour gymnasium, aerobics room and Fraser Kid’s Club.

Fraser Suites Dubai is home to the exclusive Awazen Spa which offers an extensive range of therapeutic and holistic treatments with an emphasis on health, vitality and well being.

Frasers Hospitality currently manages 35 properties around the world under both the Fraser and Modena marques – a total of 5,000 individual residences in 21 cities worldwide. And with another 6,000 residences on the drawing board, the company is on course to manage more than 10,600 individual residences by 2012.
