Mainboard-listed Sinwa, one of Asia Pacific’s leading marine supply and logistics players, says the group has relocated to a newer and bigger facility in Karratha, Western Australia. The two-storey office complex has officially been opened for operations.

The facility is built on a plot of over 16,500 sqm of land in the Light Industrial Area of Karratha, Australia. This complex houses a 1,200 sqm of warehouse comprising dry goods (968 sqm), freezer (170 sqm) and chiller storage (125 sqm) facilities, together with over 10,000 sqm of lay-down area.

“This new facility in Karratha, combined with the group’s completed premises in Darwin (10,000 sqm) and Henderson (15,000 sqm), ensures that Sinwa Australia will continue to offer the most modern and efficient facilities available to the Offshore and Shipping industries in the entire Western Australian coastline from Perth/Fremantle, all the way up to Darwin in the Northern Territories,” says Sinwa in the SGX statement.

Sinwa says the group is also now in a position to offer current and future clients a complete turn-key service solution, including supply of provisions and technical stores, storage areas, both undercover and lay-down, full logistical support services (3PL) and the capability to supply to any of the clients demands at very short notice in Western Australia and the Northern Territories.
