Visitors to Singapore rose 17.3% on year in March, logging the fourth straight month of record arrivals, as the global economy continues to recover.

According to data from the Singapore Tourism Board released today, a total of 928,000 visitors traveled to Singapore in March.

Fourteen of the top 15 markets saw growth in the number of people coming to the island nation because of the improving economic climate, the statement said, with visitor arrivals from South Korea and Malaysia registering the largest increases of 45% and 36.8%, respectively.
