Lum Chang Holdings says its wholly-owned subsidiary Lum Chang Building Contractors haas been awarded a tender by Premium Automobiles to build an industrial development at Alexandra Road for a contract sum of $38.8 million.

Work on the 3,057 sqm site is scheduled to start in May and include the demolition of the existing building. Expected to take 23 months to complete, the new eight-storey Audi Terminal will incorporate a car service and pre-delivery inspection centre, automobile showroom and offices.
