Goldman Sachs (GS.N) co-head of investment banking for Asia, Ravi Sinha, is retiring from the bank in June and will be replaced by David Ryan, currently the investment bank's chairman for Southeast Asia, a source familiar with the move said on Tuesday.
Sinha, who has been a partner for 10 years, will remain an advisory director for Goldman, while he pursues his own projects, the source told Reuters. The source declined to be named because because the matter has not been made public.
