Mainboard-listed DMX Technologies Group, one of the leading digital media services and application solutions providers, announced it has implemented an interactive digital TV system in Macau.

At the initial stage, the high definition Video-on-Demand (VoD) system will enable Macau Cable TV to start service provider-hosted in-room entertainment services to hotel guests.

BEE Mediasoft, a solution provider for digital and interactive TV services and 100%-owned subsidiary of DMX, was selected to provide the VoD system using its proprietary interactive multimedia software — Vision TV.

Vision TV is a flexible and scalable multimedia suite developed using an open architecture; enabling the seamless integration of the VoD system with Macau cable TV’s existing billing as well as the property management systems of hotels.
