Singapore Telecommunications (STEL.SI) is looking to sell at least $500 million worth of 10-year bonds on Tuesday, two sources with knowledge of the deal told Reuters.
The deal has an indicative price of 50-55 basis points above the 10-year Singapore swap offered rate, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.
Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp (OCBC.SI), DBS (DBSM.SI) and HSBC (HSBA.L) are handling the deal, the sheet said.
