Hock Lian Seng Holdings, the civil engineering infrastructure builder and a building materials supplier, said it secured a $7.7 million project from Housing & Development Board (HDB) yesterday.
The scope of this contract involves the supply of 20mm construction aggregate, the provision of front-end loaders and other equipment for the loading of the aggregate onto trucks and the supply of transportation services for the delivery of the aggregate to designated sites.
This contract will contribute substantially to the revenue of the group’s building materials segment in FY2010 and FY2011. The segment recorded a revenue of $14 million in FY2009.
