Niche residential property developer Hiap Hoe Group will launch its latest freehold residential development, Waterscape At Cavenagh, this weekend.

Conceived as a home resort in the city, the 101,193 sq ft development, which occupies the former Clemenceau Court and Le Chateau sites, comprises four seven-storey blocks and two six-storey blocks, the development will house 200 one- to four-bedroom apartment units and penthouses ranging from 581 sq ft to 2,992 sq ft.

Each unit will come equipped with quality designer fittings and finishings, boasting renowned names such as Laufen, Hansgrohe, Gaggenau and Gira.

Three distinct spaces, Water Court, The Spa Sanctuary or The Nature Trail, each with unique facilities will be available to residents.

The Water Court will consist of a large sun-tanning water deck and lap pool, while The Spa Sanctuary will be outfitted with hydrotherapy facilities such as massage seat, massage bed and a therapeutic raindance shower and The Nature Trail will be flanked by lush foliage.

The freehold property is expected to TOP in 31 December 2014.
