Temasek sells $500m 15-year, $500m 25 year notes

Singapore state investor Temasek Holdings (TEM.UL) said on Wednesday it had sold $500 million worth of 15-year notes and $500 milion worth of 25-year  notes to fund its business activity. 
 
The 15-year notes were priced at a spread of 50 basis points  over 15-year Singapore dollar swap offer rates, with a yield of  3.785%, and the 25-year notes were priced at a spread of  65 basis points over interpolated 20- and 30-year Singapore  dollar swap offer rates. 
 
The issue price for the 25-year notes translates to a yield  of 4.0475%. 
 
The bonds were sold as part of a US$10 billion ($14.09 billion) global  medium-term note programme. Temasek is rated AAA by Standard &  Poor's and Moody's Investors Service.
