Frasers Centrepoint Trust plans to raise as much as $182.2 million selling equity to fund the purchase of two suburban shopping malls, according to a term sheet sent to investors.
The Singapore-based shopping mall operator is selling 137 million new shares at $1.29 to $1.33 apiece, according to the document, a copy of which was obtained by Bloomberg News.
Citigroup Inc. and DBS Group Holdings are managing the sale. Frasers Centrepoint shares were suspended today in Singapore. The stock slipped 2.1% yesterday to $1.40.
