Financial One offers 20% stake in Chailese unit

Financial One Corp (FNON.SI) said on Thursday it was seeking investors to buy up to 20 % of its Chailease Holding Ltd subsidiary, which Financial  One is considering listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
 
Financial One told the Singapore bourse the sale would improve its liquidity and increase ability to raise additional funds for working capital.
