Waste-water firm Epure International (EPIL.SI) is seeking to raise about US$200 million ($279 million) in its share offering in Hong Kong, a source familiar with the deal said on Thursday.
The company had announced earlier on Thursday that it is seeking a dual listing in Hong Kong and plans to sell 430 million new shares at a discount of not more than 15% to its price in Singapore. Morgan Stanley (MS.N) is handling the deal.
Epure's Singapore shares were up 7.3% at $0.885 by 0400 GMT.
