Transcu Group, a life sciences company engaged in the research, development and commercialisation of cutting-edge technologies to improve the quality of life, says it has signed two separate Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with two Chinese partners to collaborate on the distribution of the Nano-Emulsion Fuel System (NEFS) for commercialisation in the China market.
The first MOU is between Transcu Green Tech (TGT) and Delta Greentech (China) Co., while the second is between Transcu Green Fuel (TGF) and Shanghai Timeast Offshore Oil Eng. & Tech. Co. (Shanghai Timeast).
Akihiko Matsumura, CEO and Executive Director of Transcu, says: “The two MOUs with our Chinese partners, Shanghai Timeast and Delta Greentech, are our first, out of Japan. Going forward, we envisage ourselves securing more partners globally and penetrating the shipping, logistics and construction markets in Asia and Europe.”
Under both MOUs, Transcu will be responsible for the manufacturing and provision of the NEFS for localised testing and also provide the necessary technical services, including installation and mechanical adjustment of the system.
The respective partners, Delta Greentech and Shanghai Timeast, will assist in procuring customers interested in the NEFS for Transcu and handle all the necessary procedures including but not limited to transportation, customs clearance, storage, regulatory and governmental permits required for the installation and testing of the NEFS.
